The individual is obviously disturbed. He used a shotgun and a .22. You will find these in many "ordinary" households Are you proposing we go door to door and collect everyone's shotgun?

Should we ban cars because some people drive drunk?

How about we ban the leading presidential candidate since we hate him? Oh wait, you already did that. Nevermind.

Narrow minds regurgitating the same ignorance day after day. We know, it's your way or "we will just shred the constitution and blame white men".

Truth. I was traveling neat Connecticut when Sandy Hook happened. I could not believe that happened. I didn’t want to believe. Yet, we do nothing except thoughts and prayers. Be angry and don’t stop being angry. Yeah, it’s not healthy, but so is being shot dead when you’re 6 years old. Chief Justice Burger in 1992 said on the necessity for gun regulations “.. an effort to stop mindless homicidal carnage.” The mindless carnage rages on 20 years later. I hope to hell for those who don’t think guns are a real part of the carnage will one day have to look at the souls of those that died because they thought a bullet was more important than a 6-year old.

Heartfelt! Pain, anger, so much suffering and so little hope. Thank you for truth, spoken straight up and with all the feels!

You verbalized my feelings perfectly. I am also sad for the shooter’s family. Their lives have been altered forever.
